The Rotary Club of Coronado presented Rainier Trinidad with its Rotarian of the Month award today. Since joining Rotary in October 2014, Rainier has volunteered in many of the club’s most important activities.
He is the Chair for Rotarians At Work, which was founded by the Coronado club, is the Marketing Chair for Low Tide Ride & Stride, and participates in these other committees: Barrio Logan College Institute, Fourth of July, and Rotary Wine Tasting to benefit End Polio Now.
Rainier also founded and is the Chair for the Rotary Networking Group, a new initiative in the San Diego District to get Rotary back to its roots of promoting business relationships among its members. Rainier also received the Low Tide Ride & Stride Haley-Kranz Volunteer-of-the-Year Award in 2015, and this year was elected to the Board of Directors and is the International Chair.
